General Kevin Chilton USAF (Ret.) & Brigadier General Catherine Chilton USAFR, For Vision, Courage & Will
The Chilton’s are being honored for their dedication and enduring service to our country and the difference made in the lives of children and families through their personal and professional lives. In addition to his distinguished career as the Commander of Strategic Command responsible for “the plans and operations for all U.S. forces conducting strategic deterrence and Department of Defense space and cyberspace operations, General Kevin Chilton also has an extensive career with NASA completing three space missions. Brigadier General Catherine Chilton first entered the Air Force in 1981 through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program. She currently serves as the mobilization assistant to the Superintendent of the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. |
